ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ 310 ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತು 1242 ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರಕಾರದ ಅಪರ ಮುಖ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ. ಆಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರ ಕನ್ನಡಪ್ರೆಸ್. ಕಾಮ್ ಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.ವಿಶೇಷ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನ್ವಯ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಳೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಮೂಲಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡಪ್ರೆಸ್.ಕಾಮ್ ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
1. Candidates already employed in aided colleges on regular Scales not to be allowed to apply. If they get selected further vacancies arise there & remain vacant.
2. Candidates with PG Ph.D qualified should be preferred.
3. Past experience in similar positions should be given preference over passed afresh.
4. Any PG degree with 55% & also at UG level 55% should be condition.
5. For posts in Commerce & Management subjects M.Com/MBA/Ph.D. should be preferred simultaneously.
6. Age relaxation for candidates with continuous service in previous unaided Colleges be added.
7. Discourage candidates applying for multiple posts, if selected for both one of it remains vacant.
8. Proficiency & fitness check should be made by holding interview.
9. Candidates displaced due to Govt projects after losing land, house etc..be preferred over normal situations.
